Cosmetic ice for the face

Now for some tips on how to make and use cosmetic ice.

Brew chamomile - bring to a boil, cover with a lid and turn it off, let it brew for a couple of hours until it cools. Then we filter and pour into ice molds and send to the freezer.

After washing with ice in the morning, do not wash with water or tonics and do not wipe your face, you must let the drops of chamomile solution soak into the skin.

Chamomile has a soothing, antiseptic, tonic, whitening and, most importantly, moisturizing effect on the skin. Chamomile decoction is suitable for all skin types. With regular use of cosmetic ice cubes, skin firmness is increased. Low ice temperature causes blood flow, which speeds up metabolic processes, and, accordingly, slows down the aging process and skin aging. You can wipe with ice not only the face, but also the neck and chest.

Tip - to avoid redness, do not hold the ice cube in one place, gently run the ice cube over the skin in the same directions as you apply the cream to your face.
