On August 1st, a new law on bloggers comes into effect. Many already know this law by heart and do not stop scribbling angry comments wherever possible, but someone else does not know. For such uninformed people, I repeat - according to the law, popular bloggers and LJ users, whose pages are visited by more than 3000 people a day on various social networks, will be required to register in a special register. Registration is possible both voluntarily and at the request of Roskomnadzor or law enforcement agencies.

Rules and restrictions again? Not at all. Even if your attendance is tens and hundreds of thousands, but you respect the laws of the Russian Federation, you may well not have to register at all. Although, if you think about it, is it difficult to register? And in general, the essence of this law is as follows - so that bloggers indicate their first and last name, e-mail address and do not break the law. In my opinion, this is normal and there is nothing supernatural about it.

The question is who to hide from? If the special services of the Russian Federation or another country are interested in your blog, they will in any case find out everything, but in fact, no one needs bloggers.

This law was created only in order to have a tool to influence bloggers who write about politics and who want to use their blog as a means of political struggle, the purpose of which is riots and a change of power in the Russian Federation. Fashion bloggers, girls writing about relationships and finances, computer blogs and much more are absolutely not interesting to our authorities, therefore, you will still be able to post pictures, write your smart thoughts and communicate. Even for obscene language no one will punish you, the main thing is not to encroach on the power and integrity of the Russian Federation.

Let's hope that with this and future laws, the Internet will become cleaner and better, which will have a beneficial effect on our society.
