Familiar and accessible, and therefore the most beloved fruit in Russia is the apple. From the ancient chronicles it is known that the existence of the apple was known at the time of Alexander the Great. One of the first places where an apple is mentioned are Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, and it’s probably not in vain, because the name of the city of Alma-Ata in translation sounds like “the father of apples”.

But if you look into the history of mankind, then you can assume a much early existence of this fruit. Remember our progenitors Adam and Eve or the ancient Greek legend about the dispute between three goddesses for the right to be considered the most beautiful, where for the first time it sounded - "the apple of discord".

You can name a lot of beautiful fairy tales of different peoples, where the apple is mentioned - "bulk apple", "rejuvenating apples", etc. In whatever events the apple is present, positive or negative, one thing should be said - for health and beauty - this is the most wonderful fruit, especially for us - the residents of Russia. After all, beneficial fruits for each of us are exactly those that grow in the area of ​​residence.

The most valuable apple varieties are Antonovka and Simirenko. Their fruits are stored for a long time, and not only are stored, nutrients remain in them for a long time.

1. Mask for sensitive skin prone to redness. Mix the grated apple pulp with egg yolk, add a little milk. Apply to face, and after 15 minutes rinse with warm water.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of egg yolk, lemon juice and vegetable oil to the juice from half an apple. Stir all the components and then apply on the face. After 30 minutes, rinse off the mask with warm water, then cool. The skin becomes fresh, radiant and supple.

3. Good results are obtained by simply rubbing the skin of the face with apple juice. If the skin is dry, before wiping with juice, the face should be lubricated with a fat cream.

4. Mask for dry and normal skin. Grind 1 tbsp. spoonful of gruel from grated apples, butter with egg yolk, add 1 tsp. spoon of honey and stir. Apply on face for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

5. Nourishing mask for oily skin. Cut one ripe apple into small cubes and lower 1 tbsp. a spoonful of the resulting gruel in boiling cream (40 ml) for 2 - 3 minutes. Then let it brew for 30 minutes, then add the whipped protein. The mixture is ready. Apply on face for 20 - 30 minutes, rinse with cool water.

6. Mask for all skin types. Grate the apple, add 1 tbsp to the gruel. a spoonful of cottage cheese, milk and oatmeal. Apply the mixture to the skin for 15 - 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

The antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties of apples have the most beneficial effect on the skin. Apple masks cleanse the skin, make it elastic, give it freshness and improve its color.
