A-line dresses spring-summer 2015

The A-line dress is most of all a sport style dress. Indeed, today it is often called tennis or skate. Therefore, an A-line dress or, otherwise, a trapeze dress will accentuate your youth or make you younger.

The opening of this silhouette belongs to Christian Dior... It was he who showed the A-silhouette in his 1955 collection - a jacket and pleated knee-length skirt, reminiscent of an A-line in shape. Geometric shapes, following the A-silhouette, appeared in the print. It was the late 50s and early 60s. Trapeze dresses and bag dresses fit very well into the wardrobe of not only young ladies, but also adult women. After all, everyone wanted to look young and perky.

In the 70s, the A-silhouette left the podium for a long time. The bases of the trapezoid have changed places - the shoulders have become wider, and the pencil skirts have made the hips narrower. But everything is returning, and now the A-silhouette has not left the podium for a long time. There are many variations on the theme of A-line dresses. The length of the dress always remains from mini to just above the knees, the shape of the trapezoid can form an almost straight line from shoulder to hip or be slightly narrowed at the waist line.

Everyone can wear a trapeze dress. If you are a very young girl, wear it without hesitation. A shining dress with rhinestones or sequins will allow you to shine at any evening, especially for a prom. If you feel that this silhouette is not your age, but you would like to wear it. Then use the layering options - try this dress with an extra mini length, but with skinny pants or jeans.

If a dress that is too bright is not for you, use a discreet palette and decor and bright accessories. For example, pink or red shoes will instantly liven up your black dress. In the evening version, a trapeze dress can be complemented with a transparent long skirt. There are many opportunities to wear such a dress. Imagine and you will find your image.
