I found a suitable house in the near Moscow region, took out a loan and in three years built a house and practically repaid the entire loan. Of course, you can't buy an apartment in Moscow for this money, especially with a square footage of 90 meters. In general, he is satisfied with everything, but then he discovered an unpleasant surprise for himself. The most unpleasant thing about such a good endeavor is girls refused to move to live in a house in the suburbs. According to his calculations, about 95% of girls were vivid opponents of life in a country house and preferred an apartment in the city.

In addition to keeping the house clean, there are things like dirt around the house, bad roads, and longer travel times from home to work and back. In addition, it is not known which neighbors will surround. In the cheap areas of the Moscow region, not the best people often live, from whom you can only expect trouble.

If you look further, then over time, when children appear - what to do with them? First you need to find a kindergarten, then a normal school.

Among other things, you need to pay attention - if a man chose such an economy option, then he has financial problems, and the maintenance of the house is much more expensive than utility bills for an apartment.

Weighing all these factors, it turns out that the girls are much more adequate and far-sighted than this guy. Girls prefer an apartment in Moscow, because they look more realistically at life, the future of their children, their safety and health.

Therefore, the best thing for men is not to condemn girls who refuse to share life with them in an uncomfortable house, but to improve their own well-being. Because a man without money cannot fully take care of a girl, if he cannot, then why is he needed at all?
