Today we decided to take a look at such a beauty - Valeria Lukyanova, and at the same time learn from her the secrets of beauty and style in an exclusive interview.

1) I periodically have to remind people that beauty is the result of working on oneself. Therefore, it is interesting to know, your daily routine, how much do you adhere to a certain regimen, how often do you attend workouts?

I attend trainings every day. I run and work out in the gym. I like to read and meditate, write poems, books, songs. I do not have a specific schedule, since I am a creative person and everything is spontaneous and unexpected. But sports and meditation are always present no matter what!

2) What do you think is the secret of beautiful skin?

Of course, this is proper nutrition, sports, positive thinking! Also, a person should not smoke, drink: from all this, the skin of the face is very spoiled! The color fades and it fades faster. If there is a lot of sweet and fatty foods, the skin suffers especially. This happens because now all this is done using chemistry, and we are simply poisoning our body! I regularly advise you to go to a beautician and do facial cleansing. For those who have enough willpower and developed awareness, it is best to practice vegetarianism.

3) What does a basic wardrobe consist of for you?

In principle, I am very simple about things, no cult. I do not like fashion and what is called fashionable. For me, it's like following a flock. We are all individual and we need to emphasize our merits on an individual basis! Find your style, express yourself! I really love jeans and shirts, shoes on a huge platform.

I have a lot of accessories that I use on a daily basis. Each of my pendant, ring or hair clip has a sacred meaning for me. For a woman, this is how it should be! Don't just mindlessly buy fashion items from catalogs, but consciously! Understanding what impact it has on you and whether you need it. I also like ethnic clothes, Indian. You can always see clothes in this style on me.

4) What clothes will you never wear?

I will never wear the clothes that most people wear. I am not chasing new products, and the things I buy complement me! I like clothes that are timeless, timeless. All these fashion trends are just business! For inspiration, I look at beautiful female images, but for myself I choose everything according to my feelings.

5) If you were invited to act in films and at the same time were given complete freedom of choice, what role would you like to play?

I would like to play a horror movie maniac or a witch. I really love these genres of cinema: mysticism, fantasy, horror. I would love the role of a villain or an alien. The latter is even closer! It is interesting to try yourself in something new.

6) You have announced the start of your DJ career. Are there any sketches already?

At the moment I am in active creative work with my team. We create musical material. My music producer is DJ Sender.With him, in alliance, we create interesting electronic space music. We called the upcoming tour "Space barbie tour", so I prepare cosmic imagery for my performances.

It is worth noting that I create them myself! Was recently on a trip to Thailand, and we were in the village where the Karen live. I bought something interesting from their national costume. You will see for yourself soon!
