With age, we are more and more often faced with different perceptions of fashionable things and in general the most ordinary things and all spheres of life. Sometimes a difference in perception can lead to disputes and disagreements. Why are we so different and how to live with it?

As an example, I want to tell my experience. Since childhood, I have been surrounded by a wide variety of equipment - VCRs, DVDs and, of course, computers. Therefore, since childhood, the habit of large screens has developed and, most importantly, the opinion - the larger the screen and the better the image, the better.

The opposite trend is developing in the world today. The development of computer technology has slowed down, and somewhere you can see degradation. New generations of processors are inferior to their predecessors in some applications. Instead of performance, attention is now paid to power consumption, small size and portability.

Many modern students have never worked on a desktop computer in their lives. They are used to perceiving information through the smartphone screen, and the laptop screen seems huge to them.

For me, on the contrary, the laptop display is small and inconvenient, because I am used to perceiving information from screens of at least 27 inches, and preferably 30-32 inches of the highest quality. At the same time, I do not perceive the smartphone at all.

Of course, I have a smartphone for a long time, I know how to use it perfectly, but it brings discomfort. My iPhone most often lies on a table or windowsill and is used as an alarm clock.

All I need is a phone, and my smartphone is too big to carry around all the time. Therefore, in addition to the iPhone, I also have two small phones, red and pink, they are beautiful, comfortable and justify all wishes.

There are a lot of similar examples in life, they are everywhere. The difference in perception also applies to fashionable items. Someone likes clothes from John Galliano, while others do not perceive them at all and are surprised how they can pay for it.

Most women love dresses Elie saab and Oscar de la Renta, and the jaded fashionable audience has not accepted them for a long time and requires something new. Differences in perception often give rise to disputes that develop into conflicts.

Disagreements between people are clearly visible on the Internet - on forums and blogs, where each person defends his vision and perception as an absolute truth. It comes to the ridiculous - some argue that wearing a Louis Vuitton bag is not fashionable and even vulgar, while others extol it as the ultimate in success and dreams.

Examples of disagreements can be enumerated and enumerated indefinitely. But the main thing is different - we will always have different views. Therefore, one must learn to calmly perceive a different opinion.

You don't have to agree and change your principles. The main thing is not to enter into arguments, because trying to prove our own opinion to our opponents, we often cannot convince anyone.

More often than not, people become even more convinced of their righteousness and begin to perceive us worse and worse, until they begin to see us as an enemy. It turns out that in such disputes we are only wasting time, spoiling the nervous system and making enemies. Therefore, all disputes about the difference in the perception of fashion trends and the beauty of things are absolutely meaningless and even harmful.

All this must be understood as early as possible, preferably during school years. Grown women who go to the point of frenzy with arguing about handbags and leopard prints look pathetic.
