Bratz dolls - history.

The history of the Bratz Doll is quite remarkable. The idea of ​​creating such a doll came to the head of the company, looking at his own daughter. It was decided that the Bratz doll would be the embodiment of a teenage girl 10-13 years old, a restless minx and a young adorable beauty, striving to look mature and fashionable. It was also decided to make the doll's body in the image and likeness of a child - a large, not quite proportional head, barely visible chest, childishly thin arms and legs, a slender figure. At first, the creators of Bratz waged a fierce debate over this: who would buy such dolls with a huge head and a disproportionately thin body, they said. Nevertheless, the first batch of Bratz released was sold to buyers with such popularity that everyone who had previously argued had to bite their tongues and only engage in further development of the Bratz series of dolls. It seems that the dolls attracted children and adults to themselves with their unique charm: children saw in them not adult girls, but little girls, their peers and fashionable girlfriends. No wonder the very name "Bratz" implied in itself the concept of "girlfriend", "doll-sisters", "cheerful friendly family". With each episode, Bratz became more and more beautiful - with a bright make-up, in fashionable modern clothes, so similar to clothes for adult girls.

With each release, Bratz dolls were literally swept off the shelves and counters, and seeing the success of rival MGA, the Barbie company MATTEL decided to strike back. Soon they released a new line of dolls - MyScene, which is a cross between Barbie and Bratz. MyScene featured a larger head than Barbie (but smaller than Bratz's), chic make-up and trendy accessories. They also combined two functions at once - their feet were ordinary, like Barbie's, and did not take off along with shoes, like Bratz's, and at the same time, they could also wear removable shoes with legs painted on them. The dolls turned out to be very beautiful, spectacular and more interesting than Barbie, for which the offended MGA company filed a lawsuit against MATTEL for "using the idea". And for a snack, MGA has released new series of Bratz dolls, even more chic and exclusive than before, in outfits from famous couturiers.

In general, be that as it may, and the further production of all these beautiful Bratz and Barbie dolls proved only one thing - that they absolutely do not compete with each other. All of them are very popular and loved by children and adults around the world, and each is individual and unique in its own way.
