These are the aluminum salts that rid us of sweat due to the action of aluminum ions on the cells of the sweat ducts. What is really going on? When ions enter the cells, water also enters with them, the cells begin to swell, the sweat ducts are compressed and thereby the outlet for sweat is blocked.

Many antiperspirants contain from 10 to 25% aluminum, which is a lot. Together with sweat, toxins also leave our body, but aluminum interferes with this natural process. Constant blockage of sweat ducts is extremely harmful to the body. By making it difficult for the body to cleanse itself, we act to our detriment.

Aluminum compounds clog the pores of the skin and thereby slow down perspiration. Everything seems to be fine, you sweat less and, therefore, there is no unpleasant smell from you. Solid deodorant

3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp baking soda
3 tbsp corn starch
5 drops of tea tree essential oil and 4 drops of any essential oil of your choice for fragrance.

Mix baking soda and cornstarch, add coconut oil and stir again. Then add essential oils, mix again and put in the refrigerator, where it solidifies. The deodorant is ready. During cooking, you can add a few drops of vitamin E in oil.
