Gucci Fall-Winter 2020-2021 Women's Fashion

Recently, eclecticism in prints, materials and styles has taken an important place among fashion trends. The Gucci women's collection for Fall / Winter 2020-2021 reflects this trend at its best. If you do not like minimalism or are tired of it, go shopping at Gucci, the fashion house will help you create a truly luxurious and sophisticated image.

Many of the models on display resemble beautiful porcelain dolls from the Imperial Palace. If you have seen the collections of 19th century porcelain dolls, you will surely agree that they are cute, luxurious and modest at the same time. Mary Jane shoes give the look a special doll-like look. Outfits in the style of baby-dolls and gothic looks that do not go out of fashion, but simply transform with each season and are rebuilt to a new reality, look very cute.

Perhaps, in the new realities of the coronavirus pandemic, all these outfits will seem to many to be overly theatrical and out of touch with reality, but this has its advantages. In recent months, we have received so much serious negative information that now it is better to isolate ourselves from the flow of news and try to turn our life into a fairy tale, at least for some moments.

Not everyone likes the Gucci collections under Alessandro Michele, especially among the older generations. The point is that understanding the beauty of design and style is multifaceted. Someone admires Apple technology, and many are indifferent to it, many girls admire Bella Hadid, but there are a lot of those to whom Bella seems the most ordinary.

The main thing is that Gucci, under Alessandro Michele, reached a new level in terms of profitability and popularity among celebrities. The designer is guided by the principle - even if not everyone likes my work, they will not leave anyone indifferent. Many designers borrow the Gucci style and embody it in their works, although it turns out to be a different fashion. If Gucci has sophisticated fashion for the aristocracy, then some imitators have fashion for the working class.

Gucci fall-winter 2020-2021: luxurious eclecticism

The new collection of the cold season 2020-2021 from Gucci reflects many fashion trends of our time, although some images can be called almost a reconstruction of a historical costume. The reason lies in the sources of the designer's inspiration. As Alessandro Michele says, creating the collection, he was inspired by images from his childhood. If you remember the biography of the designer, it becomes clear where he got such boundless creative imagination. From an early age, Alessandro Michele was introduced to art at its best.

In addition to seasonal collections, the designer also creates concert costumes on behalf of the fashion house. Alessandro Michele designed the stage wardrobe for Elton John's farewell world tour and Jared Leto's anniversary tour and others ...

Porcelain dolls ? Are you seriously?
Look at the faces of the models - many of them are clearly mentally disabled.
Many young people are sick, with greasy, dirty hair and dirty faces,
I generally keep quiet about clothes ...
yes, it is clear that there is a pre-a-porter, and there is a fashion theater. In the first case, they represent what can be worn in real life, in the second, what can only be looked at (so to speak, an object de art). But the problem is that this collection is not of either type.
She's just disgusting - models, clothes, makeup.
It does not evoke positive feelings, but indignation and insult to the aesthetic perception of the world. It seems that the designer set out to create something as ugly as possible. But why?
However, this is the reality of the modern world - to pass off ugliness, mediocrity and bad taste for genius.

A few years ago, the Gucci collection from the time of Alessandro Michele would have evoked similar emotions in me. But the more I immerse myself in fashion and art history, the more my boundaries of perception of aesthetics expand. In addition, one must learn to get aesthetic pleasure from ugliness. Everything is cognized in comparison, there will be no ugliness, there will be no beauty either. What is real ugliness and where is the border? To understand real beauty, you need to know ugliness, to be able to separate one from the other on the basis of experience and the totality of all knowledge.

Even in nature, not all animals, birds and fish are beautiful at first glance, but when you often look at them and study them, they begin to seem more and more interesting and even more beautiful. To scold the work of a designer is too simple and uninteresting. The entire internet is filled with negativity, gossip, slander and condemnation. I want to see beauty even where its presence is highly doubtful. Why is all this needed? I think that in this way I become better myself and help others.

It all depends on the level of the person, on his perception, education, origin, environment. It hurts me personally to look at all this. And as a specialist in a certain field, I see that half of the models have an imprint of either mental abnormalities or were born from very sick parents or from very drinkers. "Model" means a sample. Dismiss such samples. What are we heading to, to the fact that we will imitate degenerates, mediocrity and morons.? What for? And where do we come from taking these ugliness as models? This is the main question ........

If we compare models from the 1990s and even 2000s, with modern models, the models of the past win in many ways. There are many processes going on in the world that are transforming our society, many changes are extremely negative, and I do not like it at all. In short, I see that society is not only developing, but also rapidly degrading, primarily in the spiritual sense. It's sad, but it can't be helped. People have never been perfect and never will be. Fashion used to be prettier and more elegant, but people still had the same inner flaws and vices. Now fashion, as it were, exposes the inner world of people for show. It's ugly, but maybe more honest?

Almost all people are filled with unsatisfied desires, and their whole life is based on greed and selfishness. It has always been and will be so. Regardless of the social order, a person remains greedy and selfish. There are exceptions and a completely different way of life, but this is not all about fashion, which is a reflection of society.

It's not about hatred and envy, it's just that you and the designer have incredibly different understanding of beauty standards.
