Doctors recommend consuming up to 15-40 mg of quercetin daily. Quercetin is found in dark red and blue plant foods. Onions, apples, citrus fruits, dark berries, red grapes, olive oil, cocoa, black and green tea are especially rich in quercetin. Decoction... In this case, the husk is poured with water (1/10), boiled for 25 - 30 minutes over low heat. Then you need to strain, cool and add a little boiled water (until the original volume is obtained). Keep refrigerated. The broth can be used for internal and external use.

Infusion... 3 tbsp. l.500 ml of boiling water is poured into the crushed husk and left in a water bath for 10 minutes, then it should be filtered and left to infuse for 6-7 hours. After that, the resulting solution can be stored in the refrigerator and, if necessary, used for rinsing, compresses and ingestion. In all cases, the solution should be warmed to a warm state.

Extract... First you need to make an infusion, then evaporate it to 1/2 volume.

Ointment... We get the ointment if we mix the extract with baby cream. It is used externally for skin problems. Thoroughly crushed husks can be used instead of the extract.

Butter... Pour the crushed husk with any warm vegetable oil, insist for a month, strain and use for external use (mainly for skin diseases).

Tincture... The husk is crushed and placed in a glass container, then poured with vodka in a ratio of 1/6. Insist 10 days in a dark place. The tincture is used externally for disinfection.
