Moxy Teens hairstyles and wigs

The past New Year holidays are still responding, for someone with a lack of money and the distribution of debts, but for me the inability to buy basic goods in a store. It's funny to admit, but it's a real challenge for me to find the right wigs for my Moxie Teens! Perhaps they are not in one real store, and it is not a problem to buy them, but personally I visit only two large malls. There are huge departments of children's goods. Dolls are plentifully laid out on the shelves, there are also accessories for Moxie Teens, I saw wigs, I bought one. True, there is only one, but I want more.

Everything was sold out, in connection with these New Year holidays, or maybe someone bought it in advance for Valentine's Day, and March 8th. I do not know the motives of the buyers, and the reasons for the lack of goods, but I could not buy more wigs. So I decided to do some internet searches, using the GUGLOM, found several stores, and to begin with I ordered one wig - a new hairstyle for the Moxie Teens doll, blonde.

I hope to get it soon and then I will write in detail my impressions of the purchase, and of course I will make a colorful photo session for my beauty Moxie. By the way, we named her Alina!

Yesterday I opened a mailbox, not the one on the Internet from the GUGLA, but in the entrance there is a metal one with a door, there is a notice from the post office. I quickly packed up, went to the post office, received the parcel, arrived quickly enough, in 7 days. I brought the box home, printed it out and began my experiments with changing the images of our Alina from the Moxie Teens clan.

Before that I had two wigs, but both were dark, and now, having changed the wig, I had to reflect on the wardrobe. Buying all things ready-made is quite expensive, and therefore you have to choose what to buy, a dress or a pair of shoes, jewelry and a wig. I can sew or knit a dress myself, but I haven’t learned how to make a wig, bags and shoes, costume jewelry and jewelry and I don’t plan to do it. So I decided for myself, I will sew dresses, and buy everything else.

To date, I bought two wigs, now there are three of them together with my family, which came with a doll, 4 pairs of shoes, and 4 bags. She also crocheted new tights. I learned to knit quite recently, and the result leaves much to be desired. You can see these tights in the photo, they are good for everyone, dense from high-quality natural threads, but the knitting is sloppy, in some places too large cells turned out. I am such a cool knitter, but I will not dissolve anything, I will leave it as it is, and I will knit the next tights from black threads, and I am sure they will turn out much better, I have some experience.

In general, I will say from my humble experience - making things for a doll is not so easy. The consumption of fabric and thread is much less, but it is not easy for me personally to weave and sew miniature details. Therefore, in any case, you will have to buy something new from clothes. For example, jackets and belts, jeans and cloth bags. I also want to add my impressions - the smaller the doll, the less tissue is consumed, but at the same time it is more difficult to make. For large BJD dolls 50-65 centimeters tall, it will be much easier to sew a dress than for a Moxie doll and even more so for a Barbie. The latter is generally difficult to change, it is less mobile and it will be difficult to make fittings, dress - undress. Therefore, if you want to immediately change the image for your doll, it is better to buy finished products, there will be less disappointment.
