What is SPF ?!

There are now mobile apps that provide a daily UV Index for each city. Depending on this indicator, it is worth choosing sunscreens with a different protection index.

• Index below 2 - you can go out without protective equipment.
  
• Index 2-4, and you will be outside for more than 15 minutes, then you need to use a product with SPF 15+ protection.
  
• Index from 4 to 6 - it is necessary to use a product with SPF 20-25 or more.
  
• Index above 6 - do not go outside without a protective product with SPF 30+.
  

With this sorted out. But dermatologists say that the layer of SPF cream on the skin needs to be renewed every 2 hours. And, it seems, if we are talking about a vacation on the Cote d'Azur, then there are no questions or difficulties.
