I have always had similar dietary rules, I just like it, so I didn't have to give up meat and force myself to eat boiled cod or mackerel - I like it. But what if you don't like fish very much, or there is no way to constantly have fresh fish on the table? Fish oil will help!

The benefit of fish oil lies in the fact that the polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega-3 group contained in it regulate the metabolic process, ensuring the breakdown of fats. Thus, overweight problems disappear. In addition, fish oil increases the elasticity of blood vessels, stimulates the production of the hormone serotonin, which saves us from depression, eliminates vascular spasms and degenerative processes in the brain, i.e. helps in the treatment of atherosclerosis, thrombophlebitis, and various memory dysfunctions.


But before using fish oil, you should consult your doctor. Some people do not perceive not only fish oil, but also fish - an allergy occurs. Therefore, for some, fish oil is not at all healthy.
