We decorate the shorts with ribbons and pearls

There is nothing more feminine than pearls and ribbons. But they can easily decorate short denim shorts. In the version of the shorts presented below, the strands of large pearls are intertwined with a pretty pink ribbon. The ribbons are passed through the straps at the waist of your shorts and tied with a bow. This belt can also be worn with jeans, but it works best with mini-shorts.

You will need:

80 artificial pearls of white color, each of which must be 11 mm in diameter for shorts of 4-6 sizes, flexible needle for stringing beads, scissors.

We decorate the shorts with ribbons and pearls - work progress:

1. Thread a blue organza ribbon into the beading needle. Slip the first pearl onto the ribbon, leaving a 12.5 cm distance from the end of the ribbon. Continue stringing the pearls, keeping the distance between them 3 mm. Check your hip circumference by measuring it with a centimeter. Remember that there should be 12.5 cm of free space on the tape on which you string pearls. Cut off any excess ribbon and secure the pearls to it by tying it in a knot.

2. Place the tape on a flat surface. Take the pink organza ribbon and twist it with the pearl-embellished ribbon. Tie the ends together.

3. Thread the ends of the straps into the belt loops on the back half of the shorts.

4. Pass the woven ribbons through the belt loops around the waistband.

5. Use a silk ribbon to tie the bow around the belt loops, thereby securing the pearl ribbon.

6. Tie the pearl ribbon and the loops at the waistband of the shorts with a satin ribbon.

Attention! Before washing these shorts, it is recommended to take off the jewelry made by you in the form of ribbons with pearls.
