Pandora claims that it is possible - you can assemble the bracelets yourself. First, the bracelet itself is bought, and then pendants, dividers, of which there are more than 600 types, are selected. The pendants are made of different materials - Murano glass, wood, silver and gold, some are decorated with enamel, blackening and stones. There is a large selection, but in any case, all pendants are on free sale and are generally available, so it will not work to assemble a truly unique bracelet with all the desire.

An interesting and original bracelet, yes, but by no means unique, because anyone who wishes will have no difficulty ordering the same pendants and repeating your bracelet, which means there is no uniqueness.

Why am I so concerned about the uniqueness of a piece of jewelry? I just want to give and receive special gifts for the New Year, and Pandora bracelets are a kind of hybrid between costume jewelry and jewelry, which, unfortunately, are not unique.

Having received as a gift this bracelet with 13 pendants (by the number of the year), I now think - is it possible for a little money to find really unique jewelry bracelets, necklaces and pendants?

Option 1. Ordering a bracelet from a jeweler
In this case, you can give free rein to imagination, look at catalogs of jewelry and photographs of stars, as a result, come up with your own unique design. Everything seems simple, but in reality such a bracelet will still not be completely unique, because everything made by a jeweler according to your order can be repeated by this or another jeweler.

Option 2. Buying an antique bracelet
In this case, you can buy a real masterpiece of jewelry art, and it will already be completely unique. Even if someone wants to make such a bracelet, it will be a modern, so-called remake, and ours will remain a bracelet with history.

A good solution, but too expensive. An antique bracelet of good work and in excellent condition will be very expensive, and a bracelet for little money will turn out to be very, very nondescript, more like dubious costume jewelry of Chinese origin.

Option 3. We collect jewelry, bracelets and necklaces ourselves from antique components.

Is it possible to assemble your own bracelet from antique elements? It is very possible, and it will come out quite inexpensively! True, not everyone will be able to assemble the bracelet completely on their own and will have to resort to the help of a jeweler, but the main thing is that the choice of pendants will be completely under our control.

I propose to assemble a bracelet from old coins - silver, gold and copper. Holes can be made in coins and strung on a bracelet. You can solder an eyelet to each coin and include it in the necklace, or you can come up with other fastening options. The main thing is to buy old coins.

Most are of the opinion that old coins are very expensive, and my idea of ​​making unique jewelry - and bracelets and necklaces from coins is absolutely irrational. If this publication is read by numismatists and read to this point, they will generally be indignant - what a disregard for collectibles, how can you put antique coins on a bracelet for some girl!

It is possible and very necessary, the only question is which coins. All collectors know which coins are more expensive and cheaper, it is very simple and depends primarily on the circulation of coins and the elapsed time. Sometimes they wear off very badly, and among collectors, worn coins are not in price, or rather, most of them are of little value to them and are sold much cheaper.
