Basic rules for applying and choosing a cream

When you start applying the cream, be attentive to any changes in the skin and in your body. There should be no redness or flaking on the skin if the cream is right for you.

If any such changes occur, the cream does not suit you.

When using a cream, you should know a few rules:

Apply cream to cleansed skin. Only thoroughly cleansed skin absorbs nutrition well.

Do not leave the cream on the skin for more than one hour. All components have time to be absorbed during this time, and remove the excess with a napkin. Excess cream contributes to the formation of puffiness under the eyes or the expansion of the vessels of the facial skin.

If you use night creams or have to go outside, apply the cream 30 minutes before bed or before going out.

The cream is applied in a thin layer along the massage lines, without stretching the skin, preferably on slightly damp skin. Can also be applied to dry skin. The layer of cream should not be too thick, especially if you often develop puffiness under the eyes or skin irritation.

If the cream is chilled, let it stand for a while at room temperature, as too cold cream will cause vasoconstriction. And not only, the effect of the components in the chilled cream is weakened.

The cream should be periodically replaced with another, as the skin gradually gets used to the same thing.

Don't rely on beauty products alone. Do not forget that normal sleep (7-8 hours), walks in the air, correct work and rest, as well as a balanced diet, i.e. healthy lifestyle, play a huge role in the health and beauty of not only the skin, but also the body as a whole.
