Dry hair mask and hair after a perm. Mash a banana, add 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of wheat sprouts (2-3 drops of oily vitamins A and E can be used). Apply to clean, damp hair for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.


On the body side, here you can mix banana pulp with olive oil. After dissolving this mixture in water, take a bath. In what proportion? It depends on the size of the body.
