Today there are no problems with the transmission of images at a distance and in time. Thanks to the Internet, we can travel in space and time without leaving our home. Any fashionista, being in Moscow or Saratov, can easily familiarize herself with the fashion collections of her favorite brand - watch videos from the shows, separately look at the front and back photos, read information about the materials and objects that inspired the designer when creating this collection.

You can also see how ordinary people dress on the streets of London, Paris, Stockholm, Of Istanbul and other cities. The Internet and digital technologies provide us with incredible opportunities. Therefore, it will be easy for our descendants to study the history of fashion of the XXI century, because we will leave behind a huge amount of photos and videos in digital format.

17th century women and girls

Let's take a look at the work of the English painter William Larkin, who lived in England from 1580 to 1619.

The artist reached the greatest activity in his work in 1609 and worked like that until his death in 1619. It's such a short life, but William left behind a legacy in the form of portraits of women, girls and girls, from which we can study the history of fashion.
