Demographic crisis in Russia and population quality

I warn you right away - this personal blogging article written just for the soul, and not by order and not to promote a certain way of life. Just tired of hearing various horror stories about dying out Russia, about a conspiracy against the Russian people and the intrigues of enemies who are trying to reduce the population.

Recently, every patriotic - spiritual citizen has only been talking about the problems of the demographic crisis in Russia. Public figures, writers and journalists have written a huge heap of articles on how to solve this problem. Although in fact the population has begun to increase in recent years, discussions on this topic continue.

Let's see if everything is really scary and is there a problem at all?

Previously, the population of countries grew steadily, with the exception of periods of war, persecution and epidemics, when the population was greatly reduced. We remember history and we know that earlier the well-being of an aristocrat was based on how much land he owned and how many peasants and artisans worked for him. And the more aristocrats - landowners and industrialists worked for the country, the richer and stronger the country was. Accordingly, in those days, the number of people and the birth rate were an important indicator for the state.

Life until the second half of the 20th century was much more complicated than today, medicine could offer modest services, and people in the bulk lived less. In addition, there was no current industry before, so labor productivity was lower. Everything from groceries to luxury goods was made by hand or with the use of primitive mechanisms and was given with great difficulty.

In the 21st century, the situation has changed. Now one skilled worker on a high-tech harvester can replace more than one hundred peasants of the 19th century. The situation is similar in many other areas - somewhere labor productivity has grown more, somewhere less, but in general it is growing and can grow many times more.

It is labor productivity that is what the government of the Russian Federation and all patriots should pay attention to. Today, the number of people in itself does not mean anything. We know perfectly well countries where there is a large population, while the bulk of people are engaged in primitive labor and lead a miserable life.

Do we want such a population for our Russia? Not at all! We need to increase the standard of living first of all.

In Russia, there are already a lot of people who do not live, but vegetate - various parasites, alcoholics, and just people doing their work carelessly, anyhow, just to serve their labor service and get paid.

Does it make sense to multiply such a population? There's no point! Therefore, the main problem of Russia is not the demographic crisis, but the education system. It is necessary to remake the entire education system so that future generations will receive more knowledge, professional skills and have a higher level of culture.

Conclusions - the time has passed when the number of people was a decisive factor. Today and in the future, everything depends on the quality of people, because even at one time, in the same profession, one highly qualified worker can replace a lot of mediocre office plankton. Take, for example, journalism or programming and much more, where you can clearly see the main level of professionalism and love for your work.
