From bearings to the Az-ART brand - designer textile shoes

Az — ART is a Russian brand, born in 2015 by a creative team of creative and positive people, specializing in the textile footwear segment. The founder of the brand, Svetlana Rybakova, is a professional financier and entrepreneur with a second project - trade in industrial equipment from China, logistics, customs; - a fragile woman with a strong character, in whose head, in addition to pipe fittings, pumps, hatches and bearings, thoughts of a girl's childhood dream were spinning.

“I always wanted to have a lot of shoes in my childhood,” says Svetlana. “This is how, completely unexpected for myself, my old dream came true,” says the project director.

When the ideologist and co-founder of the brand was looking for new summer fabric ankle boots on the Internet, which she bought somewhere in Italy a few years ago, no one then could have imagined that the story of the brand's creation would begin with these cute boots.

Az — ART are shoes for people with a creative and free way of thinking... People who are ready to take a confident step on the path to success and who want this step to be as comfortable as possible - this is the number one task. Task number Two is to turn comfortable and casual shoes into Art, to turn comfort into comf-Art. The name of the brand itself contains the main concept, where Az - from the Old Slavic Az - "I", ART - "Art" (English).

When the first contract was concluded with a large Russian online store, and the first positive reviews appeared, then for the first time the realization came that all the work was not in vain. It was a definite brand recognition at the start.

The creators of the project developed the first collection of footwear based on their own taste, but “it is imperative to take into account modern fashion trends,” says Maria Persson, designer of the Az — ART project. Today, the professionalism, taste and flair of Maria Persson is one of the components of the project's success.

Graphic and architectural images of Az-ART footwear models attract the attention of the capital's public, almost instantly. After all, no matter what you do, it is important what kind of shoes you wear.

The quality of products, achieved by constant design control at all stages of production, and manually checked at the exit, is comparable to the quality of the family workshops in Spain and Italy.

Az-ART plans to expand the retail network to the east of Russia and to the CIS countries, as well as to enter the international market - the footwear is unique in its kind, it will be of interest to the European consumer and ideally matches the climate of many European countries.
