Nike Sports Hijabs
Sports brand Nike will be launching sports hijabs for Muslim athletes very soon. The design of a new garment has been in development for a whole year! Hijabs are made of soft, perforated polyester, which allows the scalp to breathe.
In the development of the model, athletes from the UAE, weightlifter Amna Al-Haddad and figure skater Zahra Lari, helped. So far, it is planned to release three colors of sports hijabs, but there may be more of them in the future. The collection of hijabs has already been released by the House of Dolce & Gabbana and others, as well as
models in hijabs more and more often appear in photo shoots and even on the covers of magazines.
At the same time, hijab in sports remains a controversial topic due to the restrictions imposed on athletes' uniforms. For example, the FIFA football federation lifted the hijab ban only in 2014, and the basketball FIBA does not yet allow Muslim athletes to cover their heads. But this is a matter of time, very soon we will see female athletes in hijabs in all sports.
Most of the famous fashion brands were created in the countries of the Christian world, but in their collections you will not at all see things that are created especially for believing Christians. Instead, more and more brands are creating hijabs and fashionable outfits for Muslim women.
This happens for one reason - in the Western world, Christianity has long ceased to be a spiritual guideline or even a value. In fact, Christianity in Western countries is living out its last days and will soon become a part of history.
