It all started with ...

that once I could not find the handbag that I wanted in Russia.
What to do when you can't find it? That's right - create :)

And we started.

True, then from other handbags.

These were wooden models with a rough leather handle, which we painted by hand.

The idea was that each girl should have a unique piece that was created exclusively for her. But soon this idea seemed short-sighted to us. And to be honest, following this insight, our artist (by the way, her name is also Alexandra) found a brand that is already creating such things. And we decided that stealing ideas is at least ugly ...

We needed a pause, new ideas, new inspiration. We did not want to completely abandon the painting. But the format of handbags made of wood began to seem too narrowly focused. It was then that we decided to focus on the traditional material of bags - leather. It remained only to decide with the execution: model, shape, silhouettes. And here we were perfectly helped by the current trend - the geometric and minimalism of products.

Once Lera (our beauty goddess) found an interesting image in which a girl in a white dress was holding a round purse in her hands.

"She!" - I thought immediately.

We tried to sew something similar (fortunately, our team already had a sewing master at that time).

And it turned out awful! :))

It took another two months to understand the problem, rebuild the sketches, and refine them.

When the main steps were taken, we reviewed the top ten and chose the best Italian leather supplier.

And now, six months later, we created the model that now stands in our showroom. Then handbags of larger diameter, clutch bags, backpacks, rectangular envelope bags were added (they, unfortunately, did not take root), and then we remembered that we were going to apply hand-painting to all our products - and introduced painted handbags into the permanent assortment ...

About the brand

We can assume that we fully founded "LOLA BROWN" in 2017.

We are often asked about the name. I'll tell you.

LOLA - because it's femininity. BROWN - because classic and minimalism. The concept is based on laconicism, harmony of strokes and lightness. At the same time, the products were endowed with individuality of style and design.

We create impractical bags. LOLA BROWN is about beauty. About sincerity. About cozy walks.

About making a bright everyday image.

How to create your own brand of fashion accessories in Russia


At the moment, we are actively growing and developing, improving quality and service, attracting new partners.
It's nice to know that in just a year of operation, our handbags are already represented in more than 20 cities, and one of our franchisees is located in Los Angeles.

In the near future, it is planned to launch several new models, and in the long term, to create its own network of showrooms in Russia.
We also plan to introduce dresses and watches into our assortment.
