Bright colors flashy prints and lettering, of course, one should not wear clothes for visiting the temple. Sparkling rhinestones, and even more so their abundance, will look defiant, because you came not to a carnival or New Year's holiday, but to a conversation with God.

All of these guidelines do not mean that a girl should be dressed in all black, brown or gray. No, it's just that your clothes should not attract the eyes of others. While in the temple, not everyone and not always succeeds in focusing their attention on prayer, and therefore your clothing should not contribute to distracting the parishioners of the temple. Since negligence is in fashion now, and sometimes even untidiness, it should be objected that such an attitude towards their clothes and appearance is not a necessity for Orthodox women.
