Moscow Fashion Week - Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia

Many collections were presented at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia, but I will tell only about a few of them that were shown as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia and at the same time I liked.

The first of them is the collection of the Borodulin's brand, behind the name of which Anna and Aleksey Borodulin are hiding. Borodulin's brand was created in 2008. They release several collections per year: the seasonal Spring-Summer collection and an additional cruise collection, as well as the main Autumn-Winter collection and a flash collection dedicated to Christmas.

Last time the Borodulin's brand showed a collection called "Tsar's Daughters", the collection was dedicated and inspired by the images of the daughters of the last Russian Emperor Nicholas II... On the whole, the collection was very harmonious, light, such things can be worn, and most importantly, it was designed in the style of the "tsar's daughters".

This season Borodulin's presented the Olga collection. The collection is also historical, this time it is dedicated to the Old Russian, Kiev, Princess Olga, the first woman ruler of the Russian lands. Unlike the past, more girlish, the Olga collection is more feminine, the fabrics are dense, the colors are rich, the images are strict.

Bunker Z. This name hides designers Olga Kiselenko, Stella Gilyadova, Karolina Rai, Anastasia Vereshchagina, Ekaterina Ilyukhina, Alina Zalalieva, Marina Iskandarova and Stanislava Golovakina - graduates of the Fashion Laboratory of Slava Zaitsev, by the way, and their collection was shown as follows for the show of Slava Zaitsev himself. The motto of the collection presented by the designers of Bunker Z was: "Moving forward in spite of everything!" Indeed, in the collection itself there was a sense of movement, but the most memorable was a black coat with a wide belt and black gloves, a kind of coat in the spirit of "Star Wars".

Slava Zaitsev's granddaughter, Marusya, also presented her debut collection. The collection bore a mysterious and a little sad name: "A real stewardess smiles to the end." In her collection, Marusya Zaitseva used materials such as genuine leather, cotton and wool. The collection also used fabrics with appliqués, for example, tops made of smooth leather with appliqués in the form of white and black dolphins, complemented by tight trousers, thick tights and plastic bubble-shaped shoes. In the collection itself, there were enough clothes of "nautical theme", because according to the plot of the show, the plane sinks into the sea, and the flight attendants, as befits drowned men, turn into mermaids. At the end of the show, according to tradition, the bride's outfit was presented, and the bride appeared in a peculiar image of a mermaid - in a wrinkled leather biker jacket with an offset steel zipper and a long fitted dress with prints of blue-gray bubbles.

In general, both in Europe and at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia, calm and classic colors dominated - black, gray, white with bright inserts of red and orange, however, there were experiments with makeup and shapes.
