Antioxidants, as the guardians of our health, protect against cancer and many diseases, and also allow us to preserve our youth and beauty for many years. According to the latest data, cocoa has three times more antioxidants than green tea and five times more than black tea. Then maybe there is more chocolate? Still, no, it's better to drink cocoa. Chocolate contains a lot of saturated fat, which is not so good for a slim figure. For comparison - in a plate weighing 40g - 8g of fat, and in a mug of cocoa - 0.3g. And besides that, if you drink a drink containing 4 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa, you can lower cholesterol and increase antioxidants. Here is such a healthy drink of cocoa, so it is better to teach your children to cocoa, and not to coffee, because the habit is a big deal, and getting used to something not very useful, then it is difficult to part with your addiction.
