Beach vacation - sea and sun!

Some 100 years ago, a beach holiday in its current form did not exist. There were beaches, the sea was also splashing, but people had a different attitude to beach holidays, instead of splashing in the sea and patiently lying in the sun, they sat at tables under awnings and umbrellas, tried to expose themselves to the sun as little as possible.

Why did everything change, which prompted millions of people to reconsider their attitude to beach vacations, to start actively sunbathing, swimming, putting on more and more open swimsuits?

There are several reasons for this, but the most important are only three. First, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, many new technologies appeared, thanks to which vehicles began to quickly move people around the world. Travel became available not only to sailors - discoverers and merchants, but also to any person. Traveling to exotic countries used to take months, and it was fraught with difficulties, dangers and inconveniences. And with the advent of trains, steamships and airplanes, traveling the world has become much easier.

The only condition is that you need to have money. Traveling could only be afforded by wealthy people, and accordingly it became a prestigious hobby. After all, travel, unlike feasts, was more cultural and useful entertainment - people acquired new knowledge and broadened their horizons.

After another trip, the program of which often did not include a beach vacation, people returned with a tan. Thanks to this, tanning has turned from an attribute of a peasant - a hard worker, into an indicator that a person travels, leads an active lifestyle, and therefore is rich and successful. Everyone wants to make a positive impression of a successful person, so people rushed into a new hobby - traveling, active and beach holidays.

The second reason is that a beach holiday gives us a tan. With the right approach, the tan can be even, and even tan hides all skin imperfections... Simply put, it is much easier for a tanned person to look perfectly groomed and desired. There is no need to apply foundation, the tan will hide all the imperfections and evenly lay down not only on the face and neck, but also on the whole body. The legs will look perfect, and everything that we exposed to the sun will also acquire an even tone, which in the minds of many to this day, as it were, symbolizes success, health and beauty.

Only the beauty obtained through the sun and the beach holiday is very fleeting ...

The third reason is that beach vacations are the most affordable form of recreation and entertainment. This is a rest, when you can not think about anything, disconnect from everyday reality, plunge into laziness and relaxation. A beach vacation is the perfect solution for people who want to give free rein to their own laziness.

Traveling has long ceased to be something inaccessible. Now any working person, even simple working specialties, can easily afford a beach holiday in southern countries. Therefore, today tanning, and stories, with impressions of what they saw, rarely make an impression on anyone. After all, everything that is easily accessible is not highly valued. Now it is elementary to buy a ticket, get on a plane and end up in Tahiti. By the way, have you been to Tahiti? I was in Tahiti, and I can say that now it takes less than a day to get there, but before, if a person has been to Tahiti, it’s like visiting the moon.

Thanks to modern airplanes, the world has become smaller, and a beach vacation in Tahiti, Thailand or Cuba will not impress anyone, but the question is why then the beach vacation does not lose popularity, but on the contrary is gaining more and more followers? Some people try to rest under the bright tropical sun 2-3 times a year! Why? That's why,that no one has canceled the second and third reasons for the popularity of beach holidays - the sun still gives a tan and hides skin imperfections, making our bodies beautiful and desirable. And yet, people in our comfortable age have become lazier, and a beach vacation is just ideal for lazy people.

Many of our fellow citizens decided to make their whole life carefree and turn it into a permanent beach holiday. Such people rent an apartment in Moscow, and with the proceeds they can live carefree in an Asian country near the ocean, although such a pastime can be called life very conditionally, because a reasonable person must always work, study and achieve something.

These are the reasons for the popularity of beach holidays, they will not disappear in the foreseeable future, which means that many of us, succumbing to public opinion and advertising of travel agencies, will go to the sea - the ocean, where you can relax, escape from worries and bask in the sun.

Going to the ocean, remember one thing - a beach vacation is a public pleasure, but it will not enrich you in anything, you will not acquire new knowledge, and the impressions will be very monotonous. In general, with the exception of drinking alcohol, a beach holiday is one of the dumbest types of pastime. But this does not end with the disadvantages of relaxing by the sea, ocean. The main disadvantage is the incinerating sun. It is completely unfriendly in exotic countries, and its rays, day after day, cause irreparable harm to our skin, and in some cases to our health in general.

Someone may doubt, because there has always been an opinion that the sun, sea, fresh air are the best companions of beauty and health. The sea is not always the same, but in general it can be beneficial for beauty and health. Fresh air is always useful, but for the sake of fresh air, you should not go to the beach, there are other places where the air is even cleaner. And with regards to the sun, it is needed quite a bit, as much as an ordinary person gets in his daily life without the help of a beach holiday.

If you sunbathe purposefully, or thoughtlessly - lying for hours on the beach, there is no benefit. We will only get a tan, at best an even and beautiful tan that will make our skin tone perfect. Just admiring your tanned face and body in the mirror, do not forget that friendship with the sun will give you a very short-term beauty. After a short time, it will be different for everyone, for some after 30, and for some after 40, the effects of sunburn will not be slow to affect. Your face will quickly become covered with premature wrinkles, and your arms and legs will not be so seductive, they will resemble washed tights.

It's easier to look 100 if tanned, but it won't be long. If you want to prolong your youth as much as possible, you will have to work hard for this. White skin can also look perfect, light skinned can also be desirable and seductive, you just need to put more effort into working on yourself, but this will pay off with a longer skin life. It is roughly said, but this is the truth of life, nothing is eternal and everything has a service life, and it is in our power to extend or shorten it.

The sun and beach holidays, in addition to a beautiful tan, also give pleasure, and it is not easy to give up the pleasure! Many will give up on my warnings, saying simply - we live once, and still life is not eternal, we must live here and now, enjoying pleasure.

You can enjoy different things and different lifestyles, you just need to be able to instill in yourself the right habits. People who have managed to acquire only bad habits can only succumb to them, or fight. As in the case of one of my acquaintances, who at one time loved feasts, delicious food and, of course, alcohol - cognac, whiskey, good beer. At one point, he stopped drinking alcohol, began a healthy lifestyle, and took up fitness. My question is why? He replied - my loved one died, died due to excessive alcohol consumption, so I decided to change my life.

A year later, he again became a regular at lavish feasts, filling the glass more than before.And when I asked - what about a healthy lifestyle and new principles? He replied - I thought and realized that all the same we will all die, and why, then, to infringe upon ourselves in something….

Yes, life is not eternal, but how long and of high quality it will be depends on us. The sun, in its harmful effect on the beauty of girls, has an effect comparable to alcohol. The sun contributes up to 80% to the aging process of the skin, but that's not all!

In addition to damaging the skin, the sun can stimulate the onset and development of cancer, and they, in turn, can shorten life as much as we did not expect.
