How to get rid of cellulite

It's time for summer holidays. And along with the joy of the upcoming vacation, there are moments of grief. You go to the mirror and see that an open swimsuit is not for you. They can't hide cellulite thighs. If you find yourself on the seashore, then there will be no trace of your grief, because you will see more than one like you, but maybe even more cellulite, and you will calm down, which is even worse. After all, it usually calms women - I'm not the only one, or even worse.

The consolation of such women may be that if they notice cellulite on their thighs over the years, then men who pour in countless mugs of beer in the same years acquire a tummy and a bald head. But do we really want to see this next to us? Then ... then waste no time. It's good if you noticed everything two to three months before the vacation. This time will be enough for you to erase to some extent cellulite, with changes in the figure it is somewhat more difficult. Just do not rely on passive treatment - anti-cellulite cream alone will not help. You will need regular massage using blood circulation stimulants (these are the funds that are included in anti-cellulite creams). Massage should be combined with a proper diet.

And so, the formidable word is cellulite. What is it? Cosmetologists explain with this word the condition in which toxic substances and fluids accumulate in the subcutaneous fat cells. Cellulite skin resembles an orange peel. The tissues are filled with fatty deposits, which in turn are filled with toxins, which causes deformation of the skin in the form of stretch marks and bumps. Often women see cellulite as a cosmetic flaw, but a good doctor will recognize signs that the lymphatic system is sluggish and your body is not clearing toxins efficiently enough.

What does the lymphatic system mean? In our body, part of the tissue fluid enters the bloodstream through the capillaries, and part enters the lymphatic vessels, which form the lymphatic system, similar to the bloodstream. The movement of blood occurs due to the work of the heart, and the movement of lymph is due to hydrostatic pressure, contraction of the muscles of the body and the walls of the smallest lymphatic vessels. Now everything is clear - a sedentary lifestyle can lead to stagnation of lymph, which is involved in the process of assimilating fats, and provides drainage of fluids.

If you have to stand or sit for a long time, insufficient lymph flow can lead to fluid retention in the body, which is why the legs become swollen. Cellulite, in which fluid and toxic waste is trapped in the thigh area, is also associated with sluggish lymph flow. How can we help? You can use massage to reduce swelling and activate lymph movement. And not only…

What are the causes of cellulite?

Cellulite is not always associated with being overweight. It can be found in both graceful and slender. It occurs during the period of hormonal changes - puberty, pregnancy, menopause, as a result of taking contraceptives, due to circulatory problems. Cellulite can be caused by lack of exercise, inappropriate diet, stress, or consumption of large amounts of stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol, nicotine.

Salon anti-cellulite programs combine different methods. For example, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage massage, thalassotherapy (using seaweed), microcurrents. All of them stimulate blood circulation and promote the elimination of toxic substances from the body.

Along with this, change your diet - reduce the consumption of flour and dairy products, but they should not be completely eliminated, replace coffee and carbonated sweet water with plain mineral water. Non-carbonated mineral water combined with massage and body cleansing will help you quickly reduce cellulite. Eliminate caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. Eat more vegetables, fruits, grains, and legumes. So you will restore the sodium-potassium balance, cleanse the intercellular spaces from congestion.

Watermelon as a source of potassium

Potassium cleanses the lymph well. It is found in bananas, oranges, and watermelons. It is not for nothing that watermelons are recommended at the time of their ripening as a cleansing agent. Instead of mineral water, you can drink eight glasses of clean drinking water a day.

As for regular sports, most of us, as always, do not find time or are simply lazy. Then, if health permits, occasionally go to the bathhouse. The Russian bath will help rejuvenate your skin with a broom and temperature changes.

Modern anti-cellulite products are aimed at toning and strengthening the skin. Massage with creams, gels and oils will make your skin more elastic and smoother, improve blood circulation and thereby accelerate the elimination of toxins. Before using any remedy, you should consult your doctor. For example, massage should be done with great care for varicose veins, thrombosis and high blood pressure.

Of course, it is best to carry out all procedures under the supervision of a doctor or specialist cosmetologists in salons. But if there is no such opportunity, start stimulating the skin with a massage brush or washcloth. This helps to improve microcirculation of blood and lymph. Positive results are obtained by "roller massage" with the help of a special device. It will increase muscle firmness and increase the flexibility of connective tissue.

If you combine the listed procedures with aromatherapy, you will achieve the best effect.

And finally, the simplest recipes:

Every day or almost daily after morning exercises, rub the entire body with a hard mitten soaked in the solution:

1 liter of water, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of table salt (sea salt can be used). This solution must be drained into a container and can be used repeatedly by pouring it onto a mitten, with which you will rub the body with short and strong movements in the following order: legs (from fingers), hips, stomach, back, sides, shoulders, neck, chest (from armpits down to the middle, up and again to the armpits). Your skin will be firm. You probably noticed that after two weeks of rest at the sea, your skin not only acquires traces of sunburn, you want to add a reasonable amount, but also becomes elastic. This is done by minerals, including sea salt.

And one more tip, it is especially suitable for strengthening the gluteal muscles. While walking, try to tighten your muscles, 300-500 steps with alternating tension and relaxation of the right and left gluteal muscles give quick results. Contract the gluteus muscle of the back leg. These movements are best done while moving around the apartment.

To prevent cellulite from taking you by surprise, you need to keep yourself in shape all the time - use all means - massages, diets, exercise, and during pregnancy and in the postpartum period, be sure to wear a bandage. You should know that strong muscles are not just beautiful, it is, first of all, taking care of your health. The abdominal muscles contribute to good digestion and cleansing of the body, and this is beauty - a fresh complexion, firm skin, no bags under the eyes, and no swelling.
