Belarusian Fashion Week 2012

November 4 ended the Belarusian Fashion Week - Belarus Fashion Week.

Belarus Fashion Week of this season has become the fifth in a row. Thus, the Belarusian Fashion Week, which started several years ago and is still quite young, has been able to achieve significant success in five seasons. Although, as noted in the Belarusian press, she still lacks excitement.

However, the organizers Belarus Fashion Week have already proved that there are talented designers in Belarus, and with the New Names BFW competition, they undoubtedly provide no small support to novice Belarusian designers. Also, the organizers of Belarus Fashion Week managed to organize the activities of the Fashion Week training center - Fashion Study Center BFW at a fairly high level. And, even if he did not become the same bright well-known names of lecturers this season as in the past (in the spring, the editor of L'Officiel magazine visited Belarus with lectures. Ana Varava, famous fashion blogger Ivan Rodik), nevertheless, his activities are very significant and not only for designers, but also for journalists and photographers covering the topic of fashion.

During these two years Belarus Fashion Week was able to acquire sponsors, the shoe company Marko became the sponsor of the Belarusian Fashion Week.

This season, the spring-summer 2013 collections at Belarus Fashion Week were presented by such designer brands from Belarus as TARAKANOVA (Vitebsk), TODORSKAYA (Minsk), HISTORIA NATURALIS (Minsk), FUR GARDEN (Minsk), Rada Style (Vitebsk), Harydavets & Efremova ( Vitebsk), Natalia Gaidargy (Minsk), DAVIDOVA (Vitebsk), Natasha TSU RAN (Minsk), KUCHERENKO (Minsk), BOITSIK (Minsk).

Among foreign guests, such brands as SANATAN (Kiev), Lat`el (Kaliningrad), ONDEROZKAN (Turkey) presented their collections within Belarus Fashion Week.

The spring-summer 2013 collection from the famous designer not only in Belarus, but also in Russia, Ivan Aiplatov, was also shown. His spring / summer collection is called FELICITY. The collection turned out to be very feminine, delicate and sensual. It consists of three capsules:

"Timetie" - office capsule, here are dresses-covers and dress-jackets, blouses of the original cut, as well as trouser suits with elongated jackets.

"Bounty" - a capsule dedicated to the rest, to which the hot summer so disposes. The colors of this capsule are fluorescent tones, white with splashes of bright yellow, as well as prints with marine motifs, for example, the streets of the port cities of Holland.

The third capsule is dedicated to the sixties of the last century and is filled with bohemian chic... Here you can see shirts with gulls, high-waisted shorts, bomber jackets.

Also, within the framework of Belarus Fashion Week, a competition of fashion bloggers (the second in a row) took place, the names of the winners of which, however, will be announced a little later.
