Every day, on social networks and blogs, many girls boast of their achievements in fitness, posting photos of their bellies and other parts of the body, not forgetting to get into the most advantageous position and strain their muscles as much as possible. Why is this happening?


New "spiritual values" are being created in society, which are designed to replace real spiritual values. This happens because almost no one possesses true spiritual values, and many do not even know what true spiritual values ​​they are.


If there is no spiritual and mental wealth, you can immerse yourself in the material and succeed in this area, but now boasting about money and material values ​​is far from always and not always beautiful. People want to look more elevated and cultured in the eyes of those around them, so now it is more profitable to show off their travels, their hobbies and abs on their stomachs.


Fitness - Does the End Justify the Means?

In addition to the spiritual side, there is the material side. Build a little muscle and take a photo, which is then easier to tweak with Photoshop than to buy Chanel bag and a Bentley car. Therefore, fitness to some extent equalizes people. In fitness, every student can surpass the daughter of an oligarch and, thanks to this, rise above her, at least in something.


Only people forget that fitness gains are the most fleeting and fickle imaginable.


Money can be multiplied and invested profitably. Material values ​​can also multiply and persist throughout life, remaining as a legacy to descendants. Knowledge can be collected and multiplied throughout life until very old age. Even the past travels leave behind a lot of photos and vivid impressions. And fitness gives us results as long as we do it regularly.


As soon as you get tired of doing fitness or you do not have enough strength for all, or maybe you get sick, or the economic crisis will force you to reconsider life so that there is no time left. In general, once you stop doing fitness, all achievements are a thing of the past! Abs cubes quickly disappear, and in a few months, you become an ordinary woman.

Not everyone wants to be an ordinary woman, everyone wants to be perfect, but we are unequal from birth. To some, nature gave the ideal body from the beginning, while others were not at all lucky in this regard. How to be?


You can do fitness, but as mentioned above, the results from fitness are fleeting. If you count how much time is spent on fitness, on the classes themselves and on the way to the gym, multiply this by a year or two, you can understand that fitness eats up a lot of time.


A smart person will be able to use time more wisely, thanks to which he will make his life better. It is important to note, however, that fitness and a healthy lifestyle have little to do with each other. People who are passionate about fitness, in pursuit of the so-called "ideal body", lead a lifestyle that is not the most useful and healthy.


For health and happiness, you do not need to spend a lot of time in the gym - you just need to follow the regime, eat right, not have bad habits, do your favorite work for pleasure and have excellent relationships with loved ones.
