Mask for oily skin... Mash the cranberries in a plate with a fork. Soak a gauze pad in the juice and apply it to your face, bypassing the areas of the nose, eyes and mouth. It is better to lubricate the eyelids with a fat cream. After 20 minutes, wash off the mask with boiled water.


To relieve skin irritation, mix 2 teaspoons of cranberry juice with 1 teaspoon of starch (potato or rice). Apply the resulting mass to a previously cleansed face and rinse off with boiled water after 20 minutes.


The pores are enlarged... Mix 1 tablespoon of cranberry juice with beaten egg white and use a brush to apply the mixture on face in 5 - 6 layers. When the last layer dries, rinse your face with boiled warm water and then cold.


Mask for dry skin... Use the previous mask (pores are enlarged), but add 1 teaspoon of oily cream to it. After 10 minutes, remove the mask with cosmetic milk. You can do it differently - apply a mask of juice and proteins to the skin for 10 minutes, then remove it with cosmetic milk, and apply a rich nourishing cream.


If during the procedures you feel a burning sensation, the cranberry juice should be diluted with water 1: 3, as you get used to it - 1: 2.


Hair Mask... Strengthen your hair. Mix 3 tablespoons of cranberry juice with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 5 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil. If the hair is short, the mass can be reduced in appropriate proportions. Heat the mixture in a water bath, then rub gently into the hair roots. After 5 - 7 minutes, give a light head massage and rinse with warm water shampoo... This should be done before each shampooing for 1.5 - 2 months. The result is great.

With the help of cranberries, you can get rid of acne, freckles and age spots.

Do not drink cranberry juice if you have
• increased acidity of gastric juice
• liver disease
• gout or kidney stones
• hypotension (low blood pressure)
• an empty stomach

After drinking cranberry juice, rinse your mouth out to avoid damaging the integrity of your tooth enamel.


To preserve vitamins, it is better to pour cranberries with hot boiled water, do not boil.
