Human rights and real freedom of choice

The fight for human rights and the protection of animals is a good thing, but lately this activity more and more often takes dubious forms, which clearly demonstrate the degradation of the modern legal system and society as a whole.

Fashion brand Alexander McQueen is facing discrimination charges again. Employees in one of the stores claim that the company constantly infringes on the rights of employees of African descent. Workers are outraged by the current state of affairs in which company management does not admit black workers to managerial positions or positions where they can interact with customers.

Offended employees are demanding compensation for moral damages and the establishment of new rules in the company that will prevent similar discrimination in the future. This is not the first time Alexander McQueen accused of racial discrimination against employees. Earlier, two more black workers complained of jokes from colleagues and administration.

I wonder where is the violation of freedom and discrimination? Alexander McQueen is a business, and any business has an owner who can give its managers any reasonable direction.

Why is it even obligatory for businesses to hire blacks, and even more so to place them in leadership positions? Maybe the owner, simply for personal aesthetic reasons, is pleased to work in a team blondes? And the other owner wants only Asians to work in his company. All entrepreneurs should have the freedom to choose people for their companies, this is where real freedom lies.

True freedom means that we can choose friends and girlfriends, work, place of residence and much more. And if we create a business, we can choose employees according to their professional and personal qualities, as well as in accordance with our preferences. This also applies to appointments in the company.

If the state and various human rights organizations want to force private business to hire certain categories of people without fail, this is a violation and infringement of freedom. It turns out that in the struggle for the rights of blacks, the freedom of choice of businessmen and company leaders is infringed.

It turns out that ordinary black workers have more rights and freedoms than business owners and company leaders. A very strange situation, where will it lead business and society as a whole? Perhaps soon every African will demand a higher salary, just because he is black and should be appreciated for it more than others?
