The Belarusian Fashion Week has come to an end and the journalists plunged into reflections. In eternal reflections on how affordable clothes from Belarusian designers are to Belarusians themselves. And in order not to get bored, thinking alone, journalists began to find out the opinion of Belarusian pop stars about whether they at least wear clothes from Belarusian designers.

And it turned out that the singer Irina Vidova considers clothes from Belarusian designers quite affordable. So she, for example, was very surprised by the prices in the store of the Fashion Center, where, in her opinion, it is quite possible to find a lot of modern, interesting and original clothes at low prices. Irina herself has been making her stage costumes for Belarusian designers since the 1990s. She ordered the first costumes for the stage from the designers Nadia Prishchep and Elvira Zhvikova. But in everyday life, Irina often uses clothes from such well-known foreign brands as Dolce & Gabbana, Roberta Scarpa.

Belarusian singer Inna Afanasyeva also wears clothes from Belarusian designers, both on stage and in everyday life. She is very fond of linen clothes from the Belarusian brand Rada Style. Inna also likes dresses by designer Lena Tsokolenko. However, she also loves foreign brands, for example, Armani or casual clothes from Gucci. But she strongly doubts the availability of clothes from Belarusian designers for Belarusians, because in the Fashion Center (a store where designer clothes are sold) the price of some things goes far beyond 700 thousand Belarusian rubles, and 700 thousand Belarusian rubles is the monthly salary of many Belarusians. However, Inna also notes that many Belarusian girls dress, though not rich, but beautiful.

TV presenter and model Irina Khanunik-Rombalskaya has a different opinion and, on the contrary, believes that clothes from Belarusian designers are quite affordable. Indeed, in her opinion, even the most expensive Belarusian things are much cheaper than foreign ones. Irina also participated in the last Belarusian Fashion Week as a model, where she presented a dress from the O.Jen brand collection. She herself prefers to wear clothes from Belarusian designers: she either sews to order (for example, she has a coat made by Belarusian designer Yulia Latushkina), or buys something from the catwalk. Irina mainly buys only bags, accessories and shoes from foreign brands.

In this regard, the opinion of the designers themselves is also interesting, so Lyudmila Tarakanova, whose collection was presented at Belarusian Fashion Week, believes that fashion is created for people who have the opportunity to buy author's collections. But she does not exclude the fact that designer clothes can be quite affordable if one or another designer, along with author's collections, will also produce industrial lines.

However, the Belarusians themselves are in no hurry to buy clothes from Belarusian designers. And there are enough reasons here, ranging from little-known Belarusian designers to sometimes too high a price for their clothes.
